§ Mr. CHARLES EDWARDSasked the Minister of Health whether complaints have been received by him from boards of guardians with reference to the leakage of public funds through the lack of a system of co-ordination between the guardians and the Departments dealing with national health insurance, unemployment insurance, old age pensions, and war pensions; and whether the Government are now dealing with the matter, or propose to deal with it, in the near future?
