§ Sir A. MONDI would refer the hon. Member to the paragraph on uninhabited dwellings contained on page vi50W of Volume VI of the Census, 1911, from which he will see that buildings in ruins and others condemned as unfit for habitation were not intended to be counted as dwellings in the figure referred to. The figures for 1921 are not yet available.
