SANDERSThe question of forfeiture of a Service pension is one for the consideration of the Commissioners of Chelsea Hospital, whose powers in this connection are defined in Article, 1208 of the Pay Warrant. If the hon. and gallant Member knows of any cases in which he considers that special action is necessary, I suggest that he should represent them to the Commissioners.
