§ Sir J. BAIRDI may refer the hon. Member to Section 28 of the Superannuation Act, 1834, and Section 2 of the Superannuation Act, 1850. The question whether overtime payments can be included among pensionable emoluments, and, if so, to what extent, depends on the circumstances of the employment, and is not governed by Regulations.
