Lieut.-Colonel MURRAYasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he is aware that Ulster ladies who sold property under the Wyndham Land Act, 1903, Record E.C. 7434, Evelyn Thompson and others, at May, 1908, have not yet been paid; that the purchase money was lodged in the Bank of Ireland in Dublin to the credit of the estate on 21st June, 1921: that Messrs. Greer and Hamilton, of Ballymoney, County Antrim, have completed all legal requirements, and have urged the examiner to act on the copies of the rulings in their possession and pay over the moneys to the ladies, who have now been for more than a year without either principal or interest: and whether, in the circumstances of Messrs. Greer having completed the discharge of the rulings:, he can see his way to issue instructions for the immediate payment of the moneys?
