§ Major BARNSTONThe number of men thus disabled by wounds sustained during the Great War and in receipt of pensions from the Ministry on the 31st December, 1921, was some 37,250; and the number on the 31st December, 1920, was, approximately, the same. My right hon. Friend regrets that he is not in a position to give the annual amount of these pensions without a laborious review of the individual papers.
