Sir F. HALLasked the Attorney-General whether the Inter-Allied Commission appointed to inquire into the steps taken by the German Government for the trial and punishment of the German war criminals have made their Report; and, if so, will he state what is the nature of such Report and what further action is being taken in the matter?
§ Sir G. HEWARTThe answer to the first part of the question is yes. As to the second part, the Report, which I have no authority to publish, is made to the Supreme Council, and that body will decide the question of further action.
