The functions of the last-named Department are confined to keeping in touch with the Press of foreign countries and correcting misapprehensions abroad in regard to British actions and policy. The 1536W Admiralty have no Publicity Department. Such publicity work as may arise is performed by an officer on the naval staff in addition to his normal daties, and no additional cost is involved
