§ Mr. FISHERThe responsibility for continuing to employ married women teachers properly rests with the local education authority, and the Board have refrained from expressing either approval or disapproval of women teachers on marriage. If it became my duty to express any opinion on this subject, I could not do so within the limits of question and answer in this House.
