§ Mr. BALDWINThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. As regards the second part, so far one report has been received, but I may point out that the committee's terms of reference require them to report whether certain conditions set out in the Act are fulfilled, and not to recommend whether Orders should or should not be made.
