§ Mr. BALDWINI have been asked to reply. It is the intention of the Government to introduce this Session a Bill based on the recommendations of the Merchandise Marks Committee, but it is not possible as yet to name a date for its introduction.
§ Mr. WADDINGTONasked the President of the Board of Trade if he intends to introduce a Bill at an early date to give effect to the recommendations contained in the Report on the Merchandise Marks Act?
