§ Mr. MONTAGUI have received a memorial addressed to myself by the Indian Civil Service Association in the Central Provinces and also a memorandum by the same body published in the Press. I am consulting the Government of India on some of the points raised, and if it is decided to modify the orders the modifications will be announced.
