319W
Mr. YOUNGI am aware that explosions took place at the Cardonald Factory and as a result certain persons were injured. No formal inquiry was held by the Disposal and Liquidation Commission as from preliminary investigations it did not appear that any liability lay with the Commission. No compensation has been awarded by, and it cannot be traced that any claim has been preferred against the Commission.
