DAVIESasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that the Disposals Board have been selling castings at Grimsby at less than pig-iron prices; that towing block bottoms, which cannot now be produced for less than 37s. 6d., have been sold at 5s.; that complaints have been made on the subject by reputable firms of ironworkers who find that this action has seriously injured their trade; and, if so, whether he proposes to take any action in the matter?
