Mr. PHILLIPPSasked the Minister of Labour whether it is proposed to transfer the Scottish headquarters of the Training Department of the Ministry of Labour from Edinburgh to Glasgow; and, if so, whether, in the case of those members of the staff of this Department who, owing to the difficulty of obtaining suitable accommodation in Glasgow, will be compelled to travel daily from Edinburgh to Glasgow for the performance of their duties, it is proposed to recoup to them the expense which such travelling will involve?
