§ Mrs. WINTRINGHAMasked the Home Secretary whether he has received a communication from the Medical Women's Federation, urging and stating reasons for the continued employment of the 2405W women police; whether he is aware that they have accomplished much in the prevention of crime and disease; and whether, in view of the feeling that is developing all over the country of the urgent need of women police, he will make a statement on the subject before the House rises?
