§ Mr. C. WHITEasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether any decision has been come to in respect of the claim of Mr. R. H. Mattott, late of the Grand Hotel and Hydro, Baslow, in respect of the occupation by the military during the War of the hydro in question; whether the said occupation was largely the cause of Mr. Mattott having to give up the occupation of the said premises; that no compensation has been paid; and whether he will at once take steps to facilitate the settlement of Mr. Mattott's claim?
