asked the Minister of Agriculture what steps can be taken in view of a resolution passed unanimously at a recent meeting of the ratepayers of the Ouse Drainage Board requesting the Ministry of Agriculture to hold an inquiry into the working of the Ouse Drainage Board, with a view to amending

to the contributory basis of the unemployment insurance scheme, I do not think this provision could properly be extended.
