§ Mr. BRIDGEMANSince 1st January, 1921, 29 occupiers and one worker have been prosecuted for breaches of the Docks Regulations. In 27 of these cases penalties—amounting to over £300 in all—were imposed. Of the other three cases, two were dismissed, and in one the occupier was convicted, but only ordered to pay the costs.
