DAVIESasked the Prime Minister whether any proposals have been considered, partly to meet the applications for loans and credits by Austria and other countries, by forwarding British manufactured goods, which would tend to relieve unemployment in this country; and, if not, will His Majesty's Government consider such proposals in dealing with the general question of loans to foreign countries and unemployment at home?
