MARSHALLasked the President of the Board of Trade whether any Report has yet been received from the Committer which investigated the application for a duty of 33⅓ per cent, on scientific instruments under Part II of the Safeguarding of Industries Act, in addition to the duty of the same amount already imposed under Part I of the same Act; 1254W and, if so, what is the nature of the Report and what action is contemplated under it?
