§ Earl WINTERTONMy hon. and gallant Friend is apparently not aware that the Punjab Government has successfully prosecuted several organisers of this agitation. Obviously, I cannot offer an opinion on the question whether the actions of other persons do or do not 1251W amount to a breach of the law, but I know that all such cases have been carefully-considered by the Punjab Government.
