§ Mr. KELLAWAYSpecial arrangements were made at the Chichester head office for dealing with the telegraph traffic during the Goodwood race meeting. I am not aware of the occurrence of delay as suggested by the hon. Member, but I am making enquiries on the subject, and will communicate the result to him in writing.
