§ Mr. BRIANTasked the Secretary of State for War if any of the members of the council of management of the United Services Fund are salaried officials of the British Legion; if so, what are their names and salaries;
(2) what were the salaries paid to full-time employés on the council of management of the United Services Fund; when they were first engaged; whether they have been increased; the date on which increased; and the amount now received?
§ Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANSAs has been explained to the House before, the United Services Fund was formed by a Royal Charter, and the council of management which is the governing body of the fund is not accountable to the War Office. I am not, therefore, in a position to give the information for which the hon. Member asks.
