§ Mr. GWYNNEasked the Postmaster-General if he is aware that considerable inconvenience is felt among the trading community at the method adopted by the Post Office, by which delivery of printed communications bearing a halfpenny stamp and posted, after 4 p.m., in towns at the general post office are held up till the next day; and what the necessity for this regulation is, and whether he can see his way to alter it?
