Colles, until lately Registrar in Lunacy in Dublin; and what security Dr. Colles will have for the continued payment of his pension now that the Lunacy Fund upon which the pension is charged has been transferred to the control of the Provisional Government?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLYes, Sir, my attention has been called to this case, and in the improbable event of Dr. Colles' pension not being paid by reason of any neglect or default on the part of the Provisional Government or of the Government of the Irish Free State he would be entitled to rely upon the assurance given by my right hon. Friend the Lord Privy Seal in their House on the 19th of December.
