Captain TERRELLasked the Minister of Agriculture whether his attention has been called to the combine formed by the firms controlling the importation of South American meat into this country to restrict the quantity of these imports with the object of raising prices; and whether he will be able in any way to stimulate home production with a view to benefiting both the British farmer and the consumer?
