§ Major TRYONMy right hon. Friend is not prepared to recommend an alteration of the Royal Warrant on the lines suggested. As he has already stated in the House, my right hon. Friend is prepared to consider on their merits individual eases where hardship can be shown to have resulted from the operation of the time limit in Article 11 of the Royal Warrant, and he is considering the case of Mrs. Wood from that point of view. My hon. Friend will be informed as soon as a decision has been reached.
