Member's question is 710 persons; to the second, for the dual purpose of a depot for food, forage, and other consumable supplies, and a depot for mechanical transport stores—both depots serve the whole Army, both at home and overseas; to the third part, £280,000; to the fourth, on a lease at £10,000 a year for five years from the termination of the War; to the fifth part, endeavours are being made to find a suitable alternative site for the Mechanical Transport Stores Depot, but in any case it is not proposed to remove the Supply Reserve Depot from Deptford.
