§ Dr. MACNAMARAI have no official information on this matter, but I understand that the rates in the case of the men sent out by the British Legion are 2 francs 25 centimes per hour for skilled men, and 1 franc 85 centimes for unskilled men, these being stated to be the trade union rates.
