§ Mr. ROYCEasked the Minister of Agriculture if the tenants on Crown estates have the same rights as the tenants on private lands in the matter of planting fruit trees on their respective holdings?
Sir A. BOSCAWENI understand that my hon. Friend desires to know whether the provisions of the Agriculture Act, 1920, as to market gardening improvements apply to tenants of Crown lands. They apply in such cases exactly as in the case of tenants on private lands.
