§ Commander EYRES-MONSELLNaval Reserve men who have joined the Royal Irish Constabulary are discharged from the Royal Naval Reserve unless they have completed three years' mobilised sea service or unless they have served ten years in the Royal Navy Reserve in the case of seamen ratings, and fifteen years in the case of engine-room artificers, engine-men, and stoker ratings. Members of the Royal Irish Constabulary who are retained on the strength of the Royal Naval Reserve are eligible for gratuity or pension under the ordinary conditions.
