§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONThe reply to both parts of the question is in the affirmative. My right hon. Friend has appointed a Committee for the purpose of advising the Board of Trade on all doubtful cases under the Mercantile Marine War Risks Compensation Scheme which may be referred to them by the Department. The following are the names of the members of the Committee:—
