§ Mr. KELLAWAYSuch returns as are available indicate that the number of postal packets sent and received by Government Departments was about 74,000,000 in 1913, and about 285,000,000 in 1920. The value of services so rendered to other Government Departments in 1920–21 is estimated at about £2,500,000, and credit to this amount will be taken for them in the Post Office commercial accounts.
