HC Deb 30 May 1921 vol 142 cc607-8W
Mr. JAMES WILSON

asked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that considerable unrest prevails amongst the staff employed on railway passenger boats, tenders, and dredging plant owing to the delay in the execution of agreements signed by representatives of the men and railway companies on 19th March last; and whether he is now in a position to sanction the payments authorised under the said agreements?

Sir E. GEDDES

The railway companies concerned have been authorised to give effect to the agreements to which the hon. Member refers.
