Lieut.-Colonel GUINNESSasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will arrange to publish a statement comparable with Cmd. 224, of 1919, to show the approximate distribution of taxable income, allowances, etc., among taxpayers classified according to the amounts of their total incomes, together with the estimated number of incomes in each class, and the tax paid by each class, for the year ending 31st March, 1921?
