§ Mr. STANTONasked the Postmaster-General if he is aware of the character of the printed matter sent through the post to Members of Parliament and others by some persons whose names never appear; that a translated article from the "Die Tagliche Randschau," Berlin, 1st November, 1920, is being sent to Members of the House and 1,000 marks 2052W offered by the editor for the best translation of Henry Labouchere's poem entitled, "Where is the Flag of England"; and will he take steps to prevent such documents passing through the post?
