HC Deb 03 March 1921 vol 138 c2027W
Mr. WIGNALL

asked the Minister of Agriculture if he is aware that there is a general desire throughout the country that the Bill for the consolidation and amendment of the existing Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Acts should be passed into law at the earliest possible moment; if it is the intention to introduce the Bill this Session; and, if not, can he say when the Bill will be introduced?

Sir J. GILMOUR

I would refer the hon. Member to the answer given by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer to the hon. and gallant Members for Torquay (Colonel Burn) and Kingston-upon-Hull (Major Entwistle) on the 24th February.
