MONDThe total number of the German delegation to the Peace Conference is 71, composed of the Minister for Foreign Affairs with 7 other delegates, 29 high officials and 34 clerical and technical staff. It is essential for the work of delegations that all their members should be accommodated in the same place. In this connection the international amenities, even to the subjects of a State with which we were recently at war, have been properly observed.
