§ Dr. M'DONALDasked the Minister of Health if he will issue an Order to bakers insisting on the clean handling of bread after baking; will he suggest that bread must be delivered in clean paper coverings; and that the shelves, vans, handcarts, and baskets with which the bread is brought into contact shall be cleansed daily?
§ Dr. ADDISONI have no information to show that bread is commonly handled in such a manner as to be likely to cause danger to public health, and I should be very reluctant to make any regulations which might add materially to the cost of such a commodity.
