§ Mr. MONTAGUThe answer to the first part of the question is, pending further arrangements, in the affirmative: as regards the second part, I regret that I have no information; as regards the last part, subject to the assent of the Government of India, which is still awaited, Aden will be transferred to the Colonial Office, to which Department questions as to its future status should be addressed.
