(2) the total number of claims made for malicious damage in Ireland during the last year, giving figures as to those already decided upon; the number of cases dismissed; and how many are pending for final decision?
§ Mr. HENRYThese particulars are not readily available, but steps are being taken to obtain them. In the case of local authorities who are not paying these awards, I would refer the hon.
