§ Mr. WIGNALLasked the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will take the opportunity to consult new arrivals in this country from Egypt who are opposed to the present Egyptian Government, as well as any who are supporters of it, with a view to discovering whether the delegation appointed to negotiate with the British people is in any way representative of the Egyptian people?
Mr. HARMS-WORTHIt will, of course, he the duty of the Foreign Office in proceeding with the Egyptian discussions to make itself acquainted with every point of view.
