§ Lieut.-Colonel Sir J. GILMOUR (for the First Commissioner of Works)The number of officials in the Office of Works who received a salary of £1,000 or over in June, 1914, was 4. At present there are 12 officials whose substantive salary amounts to £1,000 or more. In addition, there are 64 officials whose substantive salary is less than £1,000, but who receive1708W £1,000 per annum or over when War bonus is included. The latter number will be reduced by about 22 on the 1st September, 1921.
