HOPEasked the Secretary for Scotland why the hours for licensed 1390W houses are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. in the county of Peebles, and still only from 12 noon to 2.30 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the county of Midlothian; and why, if it is not considered desirable to revert to pre-War hours, similar hours should not be allowed in both counties?
