§ Mr. MYERSasked the Home Secretary whether he has received any complaints regarding the quality of the food supplied to prisoners in Holloway Prison; whether he is aware that many complaints have been made to the governor, the doctor, and the visiting justices that the food is often bad, that the fish is kept so long that it is often discoloured, that the milk is frequently sour, even in winter, and that other articles of food are often uneatable; will he state the arrangements in force for the provision of food, and who supplies it; and whether he will make inquiries into this matter?
