HC Deb 21 June 1921 vol 143 c1108W
Mr. G. JONES

asked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that there is a great scarcity of hotel accommodation in Cologne, and that such scarcity is largely due to the occupation by military and other officials of the principal hotels; whether the Dorn Hotel and the Hotel Excelsior are occupied by about 40 officers each, although each is capable of accommodating about 350 persons; and whether such officers can be more economically accommodated elsewhere?

Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANS

I am making inquiries, and will write to my hon. Friend as soon as I am in a position to do so.
