HC Deb 20 June 1921 vol 143 c919W
Mr. MYERS

asked the Minister of Pensions why the pension of R. Dickenson, No. 32500, late corporal, Royal Engineers, has been withdrawn, seeing that on medical re-examination his defect was certified as 50 per cent. aggravation by military service; will he say if Dickenson has any right of appeal; and, if so, to what authority?

Mr. MACPHERSON

Corporal Dickenson has already exercised his right of appeal against the decision of the Ministry, and I understand that the case will be heard by the Pensions Appeal Tribunal on the 29th June. In the absence of the papers with the tribunal, I am not in a position to answer the first part of the question.
