asked the Secretary of State for War whether members of the Defence Corps who have been granted leave for indefinite periods that they may carry on their ordinary occupation are at the same time drawing full pay whilst absent from duty?

Members of the Defence Force who have been granted leave are liable to immediate recall and are entitled to pay. No allowances, other than marriage allowance, are drawn by them.
