§ Mr. FISHERI have observed that certain local education authorities have budgeted on a reduced education rate for the current year, whether in consequence of increased revenue (by reason of re-64W assessment or otherwise) or of decreased expenditure. I will see whether I can furnish the hon. Member with the information he desires.
